This was one of 3 final poster designs I created for my AS coursework brief, in which I was promoting a non-existing vintage fashion brand. The logo was created using Photoshop, after I firstly hand-drew different logo ideas. The brown palette was chosen for the logo as it was inspired by vintage sepia tones. The drawing I did in pencil, and scanned in to Photoshop where I added bits of colour and was inspired by illustrator Kelly Smith.

AS Coursework final piece - poster. 1000x707
This piece was one of 3 final poster designs I created for my AS coursework brief, which was to create a 3 poster ad campaign for a non-existing fashion company. For this brief I chose the subtheme of 'vintage' and created visuals and typography including the logo featured above, suited to my theme. The pencil drawing I did was inspired by fashion illustrator, Kelly Smith, which I scanned in and added colour to on Photoshop. http://www.birdyandme.com.au/main.html
AS Exam visual- sketch. 3508x2480
This was a sketch I did for my AS exam brief in pencil and black pen, using my own photo as a reference, influenced by style of illustrator Lauren Mortimer. http://www.laurenmortimer.co.uk/home/
AS Exam experiment inspired by Rob Ryan. 893x1026
This piece of work was an experiment produced for my AS exam brief and was inspired by papercut illustrator, Rob Ryan. To create the piece I drew the design in pencil, scanned it in to Photoshop and digitally coloured it in there, removing the background to make it look clean and neat. http://misterrob.co.uk/
AS Exam final piece design -bookmarks. 3508x2480
These bookmarks were created as one of my final piece designs for my AS exam brief. I chose to design 3 bookmarks as the exam brief was to create a book cover for a book featuring 'small mammals', so I felt book marks would be appropriate for the book. The bookmarks feature my experiments inspired by Mimi Love and text drawn by myself inspired by the text seen in Rob Ryan's paper cut work. 'The Garden Visitors' was the final title of the book. http://www.mimiloveforever.com/ http://misterrob.co.uk/
AS Exam visual inspired by Mimi Love. 1374x1000
This was another piece of work inspired by the mixed media artist, Mimi Love. This experiment was for my AS exam brief which entailed creating a book cover for a book featuring 'small mammals'. For this piece I created a water colour background which I scanned in, and added my scanned in mono- print of a squirrel to. Digital illustrations were then added on Photoshop and the text was hand-written and scanned in also. http://www.mimiloveforever.com/
AS Exam visual inspired by Mimi Love. 3508x2552
This piece of work was for my AS exam brief- in which my main theme was 'small mammals' and my subtheme was 'gardens'- and inspired by the mixed media artist, Mimi Love. Mimi Love's pieces of work are usually water colours which she then adds detail to by adding embroidery. In my own work I created a background with watercolours which I then scanned in, with my also scanned-in mono-print of a rabbit. Digital illustrations were then added on photoshop. http://www.mimiloveforever.com/
